ARETHA LEPEARL DAY is the Founder and CEO of Soul Oasis International, LLC. Ms. Day established the company in 2001 with the vision of providing an avenue for personal development and professional training as well as a springboard to develop and launch others into their fullest potential. The fifteen-year old company has successfully designed, developed, and delivered training and coaching sessions including diversity/intercultural awareness, conflict management, time management, stress management, spirituality and spiritual growth, relaxation and meditation, wellness, personal and professional development certification, organizational behavior, and profitability for entrepreneurs and small businesses to individuals, professional organizations, academia, and churches. Ms. Day especially enjoys teaching her "LIFE EMPOWERMENT SERIES" courses which embraces developing the whole person. She serves as an inspiration and role model for many, serving up daily doses of motivation, inspiration, encouragement, leadership, and wisdom via various social media channels. In 2007, Soul Oasis received a nomination for Small Business of the Year: Roanoke Regional Chamber of Commerce, Roanoke, Virginia. In 2015, Soul Oasis received an accredited business designation (A+ rating) from the Better Business Bureau, Roanoke, Virginia.

Ms. Day earned her Executive M.B.A. from Walden University. She is also a graduate of Hollins University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies with a concentration in Sociology and International Business with a focus in Leadership and Organizational Behavior. Ms. Day studied environmental sustainability in the UK and international business in China. She is a Certified Personal and Professional Development Trainer as well as an Executive Coach. In 2015, Ms. Day published her sophomore book, GOD Has A Divine Purpose For Your Life: A Soulful Journey of Healing, Wholeness, Empowerment, Love and Wisdom. Additionally, Ms. Day has the distinctions of being a Golden Key International Honour Society member as well as an International Scholar Laureate in Business and Entrepreneurship.

Ms. Day utilizes her positive attitude, life and professional experiences, mother's wisdom, humor as well as determined faith to deliver a unique style of soulful inspiration and life empowerment to diverse audiences through her speaking, training, coaching, and developmental processes. She is a visionary with a God-given gift to inspire and motivate, encourage and uplift, as well as effectively assist others in identifying their passion, purpose, and power to live their calling, "The DREAM."
